Three ways to check a Tims Gift Card balance, depending on whether it's linked to your account.
If your Tims Gift Card is already added to your Tims Rewards account: open the app, tap "Scan" in the bottom menu, then tap the payment methods icon in the top-right corner. Your balance appears under "Saved payment methods."
Hand your physical gift card to the cashier at any participating location and ask them to check the balance — they'll swipe or enter the card number to look it up.
Call 1-866-TIMCARD (1-866-846-2273) to check a balance over the phone. This also works for a card that hasn't been added to an account yet.
If the gift card hasn't been added to your Tims Rewards profile in the app, use the phone number above or ask at the front counter — the in-app balance view only works for cards already added to your account.
