Where to find Tim Hortons offers in the Tims app, why they change every week, the one-offer-per-order rule, and why old coupon codes stop working.

Tim Hortons deals in Canada come mainly from the Offers section of the Tims app. Offers are personalised and change each week, and you can use only one offer per order. The highest saving is applied automatically. Coupon sites list old codes, so check the app before you rely on a coupon.
Sign in to your Tims Rewards account in the Tims app or on the website, then open the Offers section. You get the same offers in both places. Without a Tims Rewards account, you won't see the offers.
The offers are personal. They change from week to week based on what you have ordered in the past and what Tim Hortons thinks you'd like. The official help centre says to check back every Monday for new weekly offers.
You can use applicable offers on a Tims Catering order. Tims Rewards points can't be earned or redeemed on catering, so an offer is the only saving. Our catering guide covers the order steps and lead time.
Coupon sites list Tim Hortons codes, but the ones we checked were old. One list had no years on its posts, and another deal in the same list was from 2013. Seasonal and event deals end, so a coupon from a past promotion will not work.
Tim Hortons also runs short limited-time deals. In March 2026 its newsroom announced a Loaded Wrap Meal Deal: one Cilantro Lime Chicken, Habanero Chicken or Veggie Loaded Wrap, one side (Potato Wedges or a Classic Donut) and one 500 ml Coca-Cola product, for $8.99 plus tax. It was offered in Canada only and ran until April 5, 2026, so it has ended. Check the app for the offer that applies to you now.

You can activate several offers, but only one can be used per order. When you scan for rewards, the offer with the highest savings is applied automatically.
Yes. The official help centre says applicable offers can be used on Tims Catering orders.
Yes. Offers appear when you sign in to your Tims Rewards account in the app or on the website.
The help centre gives three common reasons. Your Tims Rewards Points may have been used for a free item because that gave a bigger discount. You need to wait at least 30 minutes between offers. Or an item in your order isn't eligible under the offer details. If it still doesn't work, contact Guest Care.
Most offers can be used only once. Some can be used repeatedly, and the app marks them, for example a $1 Hot Brewed Coffee all week. A redeemed offer that can't be repeated disappears from the Offers section.
We could not verify any standing coupons. Offers appear in the Tims app. Coupon sites that list codes are often out of date, so check the app first.
The help centre has an article on what to do when the app price differs from the restaurant's price. Read it, or ask the restaurant before you pay.
We did not find a standing free-drink offer in Canada. Past free-coffee promotions, such as one on National Coffee Day in 2019, were limited to that day.
Often not. The coupon lists we checked included old deals, and one was from 2013. Check the date and the app before you rely on one.
No. We don't list deals we can't verify as current. Check the Offers section in the app for what is available to you now.
The official help centre says orders placed through third-party apps earn no Tims Rewards points. It does not say whether Tims app offers apply to them, so check the app and the delivery platform before you order.
This is an independent guide, not affiliated with Tim Hortons or Restaurant Brands International. Offers are personal and change weekly, so the app's Offers section shows what applies to you. Offer rules come from Tim Hortons' help centre. Coupon examples come from third-party sites and are dated. See Sources.
