Unofficial fan guide - not affiliated with Tim Hortons
How to report a Tim Hortons app price that differs from the store, what to include in the report, and why an offer is not a pricing error.
Full Menu / Blog / App Prices vs In-Store
If the Tim Hortons app price doesn't match the register, report it to Guest Care: choose Store & Menu, then Menu Item Pricing Issue, and give the store address and both prices. The help centre doesn't explain why prices differ, and an offer can lower your total.
The official help centre does not say why a store's price can differ from the app. It does say that Tim Hortons restaurants are individually owned. Canadian orders are shown in Canadian dollars, and U.S. orders in U.S. dollars. A third-party explanation that franchisees set prices within a range was not confirmed by an official source, so we don't repeat it here.
Gather three things before you report:
An offer can make your total lower than the menu price, and that is not a pricing error. Offers in the app are personal and change each week. You can activate several offers, but only one can be used per order, and the one with the highest saving is applied automatically. If you used an offer, check its details before you report a difference. The same offers appear in the app and on the website once you sign in to your Tims Rewards account.
Orders placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash or SkipTheDishes were not placed through the Tim Hortons app. The official help centre says Tim Hortons cannot access those orders, so their prices are set by that delivery service. For a price problem with one of those orders, contact the service you used.
The official help centre does not say why. Restaurants are individually owned, and the help centre does not explain how each store's prices are set.

No. An offer can lower your total, so check the offer details before you report anything.
Yes. Orders placed in Canada are shown in Canadian dollars, and U.S. orders in U.S. dollars.
The help centre directs price differences to Guest Care through the report steps above. It does not promise a refund, so describe what you were charged.
Tim Hortons cannot access orders not placed through its app. Contact the delivery service you used.
Yes. Once you sign in to your Tims Rewards account, you get the same offers in the app and on the website.
One. You can activate several, and the one with the highest saving is applied.
Weekly offers change based on your past orders and what Tim Hortons thinks you would like. The help centre says to check back each Monday.
